I am writing in regards to complaint# [redacted] for the customer [redacted] I have enclosed a copy of the closing statement and check I sent to him on January 3,Mr [redacted] texted me on December 22,and inquired about his depositThe deposit was sent to him within the day window allotted in our lease contractI advised him I would send it outI have received no voice mails or any other contact from the tenant since thenI had no idea he did not receive itI did check our checking account and the check was not cashedI will apply a stop payment and reissue another checkI will reach out to him and have him pick up a replacement check from our officeHe did leave the unit in good condition and because of that we were sending him his full deposit backI am not sure why he did not leave a voice message for meRegardless, I am sorry, and I thank you for your time and involvement !Sincerely,Jeff [redacted] Managing Member

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The attached documentation was sent to the wrong address provided it was sent on or around the date listed I had attempted to make contact multiple times after the date listed to the parent company and property manager and ONLY AFTER they received notification from the Revdex.com was I contacted by the Property manager I notified him that the incorrect address was listed on the postit that was in the attached document and reprovided the correct address that was also on multiple documents prior to moving out I wish to leave this matter open until a check arrives and is cashed for the reason that the documents provided were almost days prior to filing of the complaint and does not resolve the matter They only show that a check and invoice were produced Regards, [redacted]
