NEVER go to this shopThe people are friendly but their work is terribleThey refuse to give quotes or estimates without SEVERE insistence and often times the quotes they give are well below what you pay at the shop when you pick the car upThey take a good week to do much of anything to the vehicle, and they don't contact you before they do work (so things can go from "your radiator cap needs tightening" to "we replaced your radiator entirely" without any communication)They don't properly test drive, and they're incredibly rude to the customerI won't be going backI repeatedly asked them to contact me before doing major work on the vehicle when I brought it in for diagnostics and they never once called before doing workI feel taken advantage of and even violatedDon't ever go--particularly if you're a woman
