Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My wife spoke with Tom [redacted] at [redacted] Furniture The chair was purchased for her year old fatherI heard the entire conversation on my wife' side and she was not rude and not insulting but she raised her voice when Mr [redacted] told her that "you bought the chair and you're just going to have to get used to the noise"My wife told Mr [redacted] that it was so loud that it would wake up her dad whenever she would have to get in and out of it when she has to spend the nights with her dadHer dad sleeps in a hospital type bed and my wife would be sleeping in the recliner next to her dad My wife and her dad believe that the noise of the chair would definitely wake up her dadMr***'s only advice to my wife after she explained the situation was to "just get used to it" and refused to pick up the chair We would like the chair picked up and my father-in-law's $refunded Thank you for your consideration Regards, [redacted]

We sent a service tech out to fix a TV stand that the consumer brought to our attention about month after deliveryWhile there, the consumer asked to have her sofa fixed that we were completely unaware of, as this damage was never brought to our attentionWe did not fix the sofa, as we believe
she had damaged it, it was not a defect with the sofa

We delivered the exact same chair that they sat in, in the showroomUnder circumstances, we would have offered to exchange the chair if asked nicely if asked a day or so after delivery, but the woman that called was rude and insultingThe complainant states that he called me, I never spoke
to him, only a womanThose chairs are mechanical, and they are not the quietest, which makes me believe they were not paying close attention to the sound in our showroom, or other sounds detracted from the noise
