Center and it's EIN and 501(c)(3) status. All fundraising to date was done under the EIN and 501(c)(3) of the Lynchburg Diversity Center. (See attached files of all checks and monies paid to the order of the Lynchburg Diversity Center). At the time the Lynchburg Alliance Community Choir (LACC) was a program under the fiscal umbrella of the Lynchburg Diversity Center. The LACC was never an independent organization. All monies were held by the Lynchburg Diversity in good faith and with agreement of the organization. Expenses incurred by the LACC were paid for by the Lynchburg Diversity Center (see attached documents). The LACC were not a separate entity and did not have a bank account. In good faith, the Lynchburg Diversity Center has given a new non-profit organization Spectrum Arts Society (formerly the Lynchburg Alliance Community Choir) the remaining funds that were held for the LACC program. No money was held in escrow as all fundraising was done as the Lynchburg Diversity Center. The last event, funds paid, and accounting for this program was in April of 2017. The final statement for this program was reconciled on May 9, 2017. This accounting has been settled and discussed with the Board of Directors of the Lynchburg Diversity Center as of May 9th, 2017. Additionally, a check in the amount of $317.84 was mailed to [redacted] on May 9th, 2017.
