Review: Power went out in the hotel about 1 1/2 hrs after check in. The hotel was not equiped with emergency candels or flashlight. We had to spend the night without lights, air conditioning and the windows open. We also had to leave the door open to the hallway for some type of light. The check out clerk advised that a manager would call me back and I never recd a follow up. I'm requesting a partial refund due to conditions.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or at least a partial refund for my night stay.
