Edward N***, President and sole proprietor failed to replace my iPhone which he broke while claiming he could transfer the service to Page Plus
He also stole my brand new Samsung Galaxy 6S phone He claimed he would have a laptop and a newer iPhone to give to me, but never did
After several attempts to collect my phones he actually closed his store in the Galleria Mall and claims he will be doing business at a local flee markert in Lynchburg, VA
I would not recommend his business practices to anyone I had to purchase a new phone after he kept giving me old, used and broken phones until he claimed mine arrived from UPS
I even still have a note that he signed stating my new phone was on the way via UPS
However, when I arrived at his store the gate was down and he was closed for business
BEWARE.....!!!!!! He is not a decent businessman at all??

He also stole my brand new Samsung Galaxy 6S phone. He claimed he would have a laptop and a newer iPhone to give to me, but never did.

Review: President, Edward Nemitz has failed to deliver my cell phone as promised for a month now.This has caused me severe hardship as I am a disabled individual, and cannot afford to continually visit his store.Upon my first visit, I presented a Samsung Galaxy S6 to Mr. Nemitz to change carriers.At that time he claimed he did not k ow how after a long waiting period of time.Then he told me by phone that he could now perform this service.However, upon arrival He again said he could not transfer that particular phone, but offered to trade it for a Samsung 5Lte Tablet & an IPhone 5c.He also said he could reinstate new service on my iPhone 4.However, when I arrived home my iPhone would not work or e in charge.The iPhone he traded me did not receive any signal, so I was without any service.When I returned he refused to refund my Samsung Galaxy 6S; claiming he had sold it.He then offered to fix my iPhone 4, which he still has not completed.Being an [redacted] dealer, my service was transferred to this carrier which I I formed him would not work where I live. Therefore, when I arrived home I had no service.When I returned asking for my iPhone back he called police on me and threatened to have me banned from his store.This man is a walking time-bomb. He is not fit to do busineSS with anyone! Each time I return upon his request he tells me my phone is not ready and he claims he did not tell me it would be ready.To sum everything up:Mr. Nemitz lost all of my contacts, pics and irreplaceable recordings during his many attempts to "Flags" my cell phone.I have also suffered the loss of service for several weeks, and now have another one of his broken temporary phones. This poses a problem because I cannot set up anything permanent as all I do is lost when I return to receive my old IPhone.He still has not repaired my IPhone, which he broke.I have also lost my brand new Galaxy6S phone which was traded in good faithDesired Settlement: I want my iPhone 4 back in working order, as it was first presented to him on Aug 20, 2015.I want a replacement phone, comprable to my Samsung Galaxy 6S.I also do not want another Individual to suffer at this man's unethical practices!Thank you,[redacted]
