Owner repossess my car and was very angry and not trying to look at payment receipt when shown. He was also very unprofessional in the way he talk.Honda Accord 2003 Payment was paid by money order $285. which included late fee. First, Ms. [redacted] gave us false information about her payment. She initially told us her payment had been mailed on 01/23/14. We then found out that she had not mailed the payment and she could not produce a receipt. At the time of the repossession she did not have motor vehicle insurance on her 2003 Honda Accord. Every month we have to call Ms. [redacted] about her payment. She has never paid any of her payments on time. Ms. [redacted] signed a contract with us stating that she would keep continuous insurance coverage on her vehicle and she would make her payments on time and she has not. We have tried several times to be considerate of Ms. [redacted] financial situation, but we can not allow vehicles to go without insurance coverage. In order for Ms. [redacted] to resolve this matter and obtain the 2003 Honda Accord back we are requesting she pays the balance in full for the vehicle.
