My vehicle was seen by Tom Henry Chevrolet for the same issue times before the manufacturer's warranty expired for the same problem The dealership failed to diagnose a major engine problem even though the vehicle owner reminded them time and time again they felt that was the issue The service department had the vehicle owner (me) pay out of pocket for parts that didn't fix the issue and an agreement was made if those parts didn't repair the issue the dealership would replace the head gaskets under warranty They did not so the dealership agreed to replace the gaskets and once the vehicle was torn apart I was notified I'd be responsible for 50% of the cost since the warranty was matured Multiple discussions were had throughout the year time frame which resulted in me being responsible for $of the bill which I paid to get my vehicle back My points are:
* The vehicle was at the dealership while under warranty times for the same issue without repair
* Out of pocket
