Like I said I went to your office thinking you were an honest person and would do what was best for [redacted] and myself.  But you did nothing for [redacted] except pull his teeth out (which is your specialty) and charge me $4000.000.  [redacted] was eating walking using his litter box on his own before I took him to your office.  He rapidly deteriorated after your surgery.  And please don’t pretend you were concerned about [redacted]. Someone who takes advantage of another person’s distress for their own monetary benefit is not an ethical person. You’re right [redacted] was fragile but it didn’t stop you from cutting and pulling his teeth out.  I’m sorry a decent veterinarian wouldn’t have done this.  What is really scary is you might actually believe you did the right thing.  I’m not attacking your office I’m telling you what you did was wrong. I wonder now how many other people have had this happen to them.

swelling was cancerous, but this cannot be diagnosed by visual assessment alone; abiopsy sample sent out for histopathology would be necessary to make a final diagnosis, Youauthorized treatment to definitively determine what was causing [redacted]'s facial swelling. Several teethin the area of this swelling were loose and very painful for [redacted], which is why we recommendedextracting them; you were told that there were several other diseased teeth that could be extracted, but we didn't recommend it due to [redacted]'s poor prognosis.Initially, [redacted] did well following treatment. You enjoyed working with our office and trusted ourmedicine enough to decide to switch to us as your primary care vetetinarian even. But, [redacted] hadseveral concurrent medical conditions that made it impos sible to k eep all symptoms at bay, especially when his medications were not administered as prescribed. We repeatedly had quality oflife discussions with you due to the likely diagnosis of cancer while awaiting histopathology results, but you repeatedly stated you were "not ready to put [redacted] to sleep yet". When we did receive theresults of [redacted]'s biopsy, you refused to allow us to even convey the results to you. The reason [redacted]was having difficulty eating, drinking, and breathing was a direct result of his oral tumor, not of ourcare. From his histopathology report: "Patients are generally euthanized due to local diseaseresulting in anorexia, dysphagia or dyspnea rather than clinically significant metastasis."[redacted] was a wonderful cat and your beloved companion for 17 years, We are heartbroken that wecouldn't flx his terminal illnesses and could only asptte to make him more comfortable for hisremaining days.
