My wife and I came here for our anniversary. The pictures were all really nice, and they said it was clean. We were put in room 217 and it was disgusting. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed, and the floor was so filthy my white socks turned black on the bottom. Don't even get me started on the bedspread.

In response to the customer’s complaint, Revdex.com Complaint ID: *** (***), before we reach to any conclusion, Lynina Inn Management would like to bring the following points into Revdex.com’s consideration and resolution of the above-subjected compliant that *** submitted to the Bureau.
*** used the motel facility/amenities for all four nights.Upon *** did requests towels and extra table in the room, the hotel management facilitated at no extra cost. *** did not bring up to the knowledge of Motel management that he did not like the room at all, nor did he demand the full refund during his stay. The Motel management could have compensated him then and there; either by moving him to a different room, or checking him out and refunding his entire money that he paid.
In order to resolve this issue, the Motel Management can compensate him only one night rent which is $95.00 in terms of cashier check or money order, which shall be mailed to his street address within the 7 business days.
