Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see this is what I've been dealing with from this companyI've never disrespected the owner of the company nor any of his staffName calling, negativity, un-professionalism and lies is how they choose to handle there businessThis is exactly what I've been talking about and he just showed you himself how childish and un-professional they areAnything to reflect the blame from there negligenceI spoke with my current car dealership and those things that he stats they said where never saidI never made a promise to pay off the vehicle for me to get my current vehicleAlso he just admitted himself they where negligent on the second vehicle but of course not take responsibility for the first and last oneIt baffles me how he fails to mentionBefore all the problems started I had never missed a car payment and that I never raised my voice or got out of hand in there office even though I was very upset that I trusted these criminals but I'm a crazy person as he statsWhich might I add is very unprofessional and bullying for him to try to bash me out of angerAnd as far as harassment I have not spoken to this company physically or on the phone since my husband and I dropped the car off so that's a lie also I never had an issue until my vehicle broke and they continually blamed it on me even though for my first car another one of there clients vehicle that had the same make and model returned there car for the same reasonSo of course when my third vehicle started acting up I took my business else where and you can see why and see the kind of arrogant crookedness I had to deal with Instead of this company re-evaluating there mechanic and there vehicles to make sure people are safe on the roads in there cars they choose to respond in this very un-professional mannerAlso, my current car dealership are the ones who advised me that I had wasted my money and that the are now affiliated with that particular chapman motorsMy car dealership is Kyle chapman Motors which if you investigate you will see they do any type of internal business together and I truly understand whyI'm rejecting this response not just because of the defamation of character but also because the issue still has not been resolvedMy money has not been refunded to me and now the company is slandering my name to my current dealership which I will legally handle that on my ownIf I can not resolve this through you all I will have to take further action on my ownBut thank you for sending me the company's response, my attorney has advised me this will help in court and I will also be reaching out to the local news station about the response due to the fact that he is trying to use mental illness as a insult and even though I'm not mentally ill I do have family members that are and it should not be used as a attach tactic from a businessI can only imagine the countless others he has attached in this wayAlso at the time we bought the vehicle my husband was battling pancreatic cancer and the sales man new this so I feel he knew we where on a strict budget due to all the doctor bills if he knew the cars where no good they should of just sent us on our way instead of trying to make a quick buckIll hold off as long as I can before I go to the news and sue this company while you all do you all's investigation but please let me know something as soon as possible because my family has been through enough and would like to get this behind us as soon as possibleThank you for your time Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: As you can see this is what I've been dealing with from this company. I've never disrespected the owner of the company nor any of his staff. Name calling, negativity, un-professionalism and lies is how they choose to handle there business. This is exactly what I've been talking about and he just showed you himself how childish and un-professional they are. Anything to reflect the blame from there negligence. I spoke with my current car dealership and those things that he stats they said where never said. I never made a promise to pay off the vehicle for me to get my current vehicle.
