MY AC/HEATING UNIT QUIT WORKING ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO, AND LYNN EUBANKS CAME OUT FROM THIS BUSINESS TO FIX MY UNIT. TOOK 700.00, BUT DIDN'T FIX IT!!!!I AM 86 YEARS OLD, I HAD TO GET MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO HELP ME WITH THIS IMPORTANT MATTER AS I DO NOT KNOW HOW ALOT OF THIS WORKS. LYNNE EUBANKS CAME OUT FROM THE FAMILY EUBANKS BUSINESS, TO FIX MY AC/HEATING UNIT. HE LOOKED AT IT FOR A BRIEF WHILE, GOT IT RUNNING, TOOK $700.00, AND LEFT, HE HADN'T BEEN GONE NOT EVEN AN HOUR, THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING AND WOULDN'T EVEN COME BACK ON. THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE TRIPLE DIGITS, WE CALLED HIM BACK, HE WOULDN'T COME BACK OUT AND LOOK AT OR WORK ON IT AGAIN. BUT HE DIDN'T MIND TAKING MY FIXED INCOME MONEY. MY UNIT STILL DOES NOT WORK, BECAUSE I GAVE HIM ALL THE MONEY THAT I HAD, AND CAN'T AFFORD TO SPEND ANY MORE AT THIS TIME. As you know there is always 2 sides to everything. I norm lly don't get involved with kind of hear say & problems of other people.1. I don't use a computer so I write letters.2. [redacted]-Mrs [redacted] daughter is the person tha called me to come & fix her unit.3. They all Marshell & her mother and her brother all had done called Bolivar sheet ethal-as Jimmy Vaughn and Ex-son-in-law to come and fix the unit. And they didnt come didn't want to OR didn't have time too is what they told me.4. They had 3-110volt A/C units in the house so they were no with out AIR.5. The reason MRS don't have money is her grown kids keep her that way. 11 of them on medicaion & you can't beleave if of what any 4 of them say.6. I went and checked that unit hen no one else in town wood go. hen I checked the unit. It had a bad blower motor unit and a bad fan copassitor a & fan relay where they let the unit go downhill not washing and taking care of the unit. I let everyone of them know what was wrong with the unit befor I ever went to get the parts. I ad to ot to Jackson, TN to get the 3 parts & back.Take of all old parts and then put on the new parts. -had labor there & back mileage-a service call 1st of all also to their house to check the unit. -abor checking unit-extra small fuel-fee go get parts then after putting the on -had then take unit apart & wash & clean unit & put freon in unit where it had not been serviced in no telling how long - proboley sence I did it 5 years ago. They do not ta e care of an thing until it stops & then want people to take care of it or hem for free. That does not happen this day & time. We all have known each other & wo ked around each other for many years.Eubanks plumbing and Elect, is not the same as my massiness. Mine is L nn Eunbanke heating and A/C & plumbing & elect.The one they are talking about in the letter in wn, Bolivar, They were 1st cousins & they have all dies out & went out of business 3 yrs.ago. told al of the they needed to put in a ew uni. That unit run for 4 weeks I know befor it stopped. She called me while I w s of town for a wedding of my son. I nicely let her know I was out of town for my sons edding and would be ack in 1wk. She would have to call someone else that was her chosie, But that if she still need me when I ot Back to Bolivar, sh could call me & I would be lad to come & look at it bat would charge another 65.00 service call & a min of the labor of 40.00 to check the Unit. And she tol me ok. But I never heard fom her, when I got Back, so I didn't ll her either, was not my place to didn't hink.I do not have no plans of giving no money Back. I was fair about everything the unit run I know For Four weeks & I did a good Job on the unit. Did not do anything wrong. And the way I feel About it is that if all 4 of them want to sit around & drink & do drugs as they do hen I can't help hat, I realize the Revdex.com people don't have to work for them, if they are going to ell thing that are untrue on people. And do I e way ey o-they want ever get people to help them when hey need help. I have a good family name bussiness & I intend to keep it t a way! For this reason of how they are I don't see ow I can help them anymore. Also mrs [redacted] was out there at the unit the whole time I was working on teh unit & she lied saw everything I did & agreed to pay me and would not have fixed it on credit or on my own. Another thing if they had of known what was with the unit, why didn't they fix it. They are best at stiring up trouble on people more so than to help the . If you knew there you'd yourself what I'm trying to say. You just can't aurguge with a sign pole as one would say/ Long story short. If they don't like what I did & how I did seems to me they should be able to pick up the phone & call someone else they one, if they could. I had to assist her with this problem from the very beginning as she is 86 years old. The Slander and lies is has handwritten letters, of all ways of handling business are not true. This is hear say. He was asked by my 86 year old grandmother to check the breaker box, that is where the main problem is. We request that he comes back to Mrs. [redacted]'s residence, and not charge labor cost, and please get the AC/HEATING UNIT fixed properly like he should have done the first time and did not, as she now will have no heat with colder weather coming. We are appalled at all the slanderous, ugly, derogatory words used against this family. He basically just took her for $ 700.00 and then made up lies, because he does not want to do the right thing.
