We are sorry you are having issues with the contamination of the def fluid system, this issue happened after you purchased the vehicle and drove it for three or more weeks, again if there was a contamination issue when we had the vehicle it would have showed up *** [redacted]

I did not offer to take the truck back, I had spoken to Ms [redacted] about trading it in but the vehicle is still at [redacted] and GM is involved in the diagnoses and she needs to deal with GM as if she think it is a product defect it needs to be addressed by Gm and any repurchase

Lynn Smith Chevrolet is sorry about the mistake caused by our .NET sight, if you look at the Silverados across the mutiple Chevrolet dealers GM came out with a special of GM Supplier pricing for all CDK which manages our web site for GM changes all the pricing reflecting the Supplier pricing,
when this took place GM did not pickup any accessories or modification we have added to certain vehicles, it took MSRP and discounted the price to Supplier pricing, the customer stated he called GM and they told them they do not control pricing , this is incorrect, the customer can call any GM dealership and when the programs are announced GM changes the pricing if the dealerships opt in, again we are sorry about the issue and our .com sight which we control 100% was not affected, we offered to sale the vehicle at net cost tho the customer but he refused

I am rejecting this response because: The response is in it's entirety. There is absolutely ZERO evidence of contamination, but clear evidence of my servicing a vehicle which you did notYou can clearly see that the proper DEF fluid was purchased on April 8th only days after the vehicle was purchased. You first response claims the vehicle was completely serviced before the sale and we have this in writing. You have zero idea what was in the bottom of the system because it was clearly never serviced or I wouldn't have need to add gallons to an gallon tank ten days later. Also, the dealership you sent me to destroyed the parts to my vehicle. This is property that did not belong to them as they belong to me and are part of the greater investigation. I told them to repair the truck and return the parts so that I could pursue recourse after having the fluid analyzed. I received neither the sample or the partsPretty clear indication that the both of you are doing whatever possible to shirk on your responsibilitiesThey have made it clear that you refuse to hire your own diesel mechanic or front end mechanic, and continue to send people to their dealership instead of hiring. They are sick of it The paperwork states that the system was 1/full of Diesel, but there is neither a sample or damaged parts to back up this claim. You have already seen that it was half full of DEF from the photos dated April 8th. it would be impossible to have gallons (5+4.4) in an gallon tankin just weeks for it to be 1/full. You are lying and while I have proof, you have noneIf any more of my resources are required to straighten this out I'll be moving toward a tort suit rather than simple recovery of the repair. Take a look at the photos, compared them with the evidence you have which is none, and forward to legal. You clearly need advise from someone

I am rejecting this response because:\FalseIf there had been diesel in the exhaust fluid the truck would have likely been shooting flames. Regardless of the source of the said contamination, the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected as claimed. I have a photos (see ALL attached) dated April 8th (days after the purchase of vehicle) showing my purchase of DEF at Auto-zone only miles after taking from your lot (my comment was "Strange that the dealer wouldn't have checked this before the sale")There are photos date the same day that show the purchase of DEF which is a clear indication that the vehicle was not properly serviced. Regardless of one's driving habits, the DEF fluid in a recently serviced truck with a well functioning DEF system would last much longer than miles More likely than anything you are suggesting, if there was in fact contamination of any sort, when the levels became low, the mixture of DEF and whatever else shouldn't have been there became more damaging in ratio. These photos are clear evidence predating the current issue that you neither have, nor had, any idea of the condition of the vehicle at the time it was sold to me. Do these photos dated April 8th back up your claim that the truck was completely serviced? I will be returned to whole. You claim that the truck was serviced is completely invalid as evidenced by these photos. When regional sees these dated photos, your claim will be soundly refuted and the value of your word greatly diminishedIn business, minimizing costs for your employer is important and I'm sure regional has the same goals. The problem for the both of you is that these photographs clearly show that you don't know what you are sending out on the road. If it needs to go beyond that, so be it. Public opinion has a great way of changing positions. Save a little face and pay for the repair.

wasn't sure on how to reply to the complaintBut, I have tried to have contact with John W*** todayHe refused to help meAs my truck has been in the shop for weeks fixing to be a monthI have paid payments on this truckHe offered to take it back and now he said since I took it to *** *** to deal with themBut, I only took it to *** *** because they refused to check the truck to address the concerns I had, and to fix the recalls.

Mr W*** hasn't been able to correctly say what conversation we have hadI called many times before and I have spoken to different people all of them promising a return phone callHe told me that he'd see what he can doAt this point I want all my money back and he can take his truck back with all of its mechanical problemsThey stated they did a point inspection but yet they failed to correct the seat belt issue that *** *** correctedThe same way he said they didn't have cameras but they doI have never had a problem previously with any vehicleI believe it is ethical that he correct the problem since I purchased the truck from this place of businessAll I want is all my money back! Along with paymentsThis truck has been in the shop for almost a month! And I called so many time to give Lynn smith the opportunity to correct it and not one person caredI feel unsafe in this truckAnd I feel like Lynn smith doesn't care and didn't care about my families safety

Their response tells me they claim zero responsibility for falsely advertising prices to lure buyers in. Even if they have a third party, fourth party or tenth party lists these ads, who is responsible for checking THEIR OWN website? There is a checks and balances system, known as quality assurance, where you check your records. They did not bother. And why doesn't their third party vendor answer for this? Why was this ad left up for four more days AFTER it was brought to their attention? Why did the price change depending on the sales person? The ad show** 11,699.00, [redacted] said 16,000.00 and [redacted] said 17,000.00  i DO NOT believe this was error  i believe they got caught in a fradulant situation and are accusing others of the 'mistake'.

As I  previously explained in our first response , we are waiting for the diagnosis from GM, When GM is involved with a customer concern and another dealer we have to wait for the outcome and when I spoke with Ms. [redacted] that is what she agreed to. Lynn Smith Chevrolet is sorry with what Ms. [redacted] is experiencing. On reimbursement of expenses we recommend Ms. [redacted] take that up with GM as well. John W[redacted]

ell us why here...  Lynn Smith Chevrolet's uses an outside web provider to distribute  all pricing and vehicle information to all our different web sites, vehicle listing services and to fe** 3rd party sites. They did have a glitch where they kept picking up the sale prices from the wrong...

link in our computer, if we were working a sale and there was a trade and rebates, the ultimate sale price after trade and rebates (on transactions only that did not deliver) were sent out to all our providers. It affect** very few units and it has been correct**. We are very sorry this happen** and unfortunately this is how we find out sometimes were we have mistakes. Lynn Smith Chevrolet has been serving the community for many years and has thousands of very satisfi** customers and this has never happen** in the past, again we apologize for this posting as we were diligently trying to correct the problem. [redacted]

Lynn Smith Chevrolet is  sorry that Mr. [redacted] is having a contamination issue with his Silverado. Lynn Smith Chevrolet feels very strongly that with this type of contamination that Mr. [redacted] would not be able to drive his vehicle for a month, it would has shown up and affected the performance...

of the vehicle immediately. We feel this is a recent occurrence, and we cannot control what is added to the def fluid tank vehicle  after the vehicle leaves the dealership. We recommended that he get the fluid analyzed and also to get a second opion, also to contact his insurance company and file a claim. Lynn Smith Chevrolet inspects every vehicle before it is available for resale, and this Silverado had no issues, mechanical, electrical, or drive ability. Again if the vehicle had contamination in the def fluid tank (diesel fuel) as we were told, it would have shown up during our inspection process, after we service the vehicles, every one is also test driven and again no issues.  [redacted]

Again we are sorry Mrs. [redacted] is going thru this issue, unfortunately the vehicle is in the another shop and GM is involved in the repair we still have not heard what GM has diagnosed. As to repeated phone calls Lynn Smith Chevrolet has always responded to her calls. John W[redacted]
