Mr [redacted] called January 23rd and said his business has been closed for two months due to two surgeries he has had...business is not closed just reducing work hours Just got our letter when his wife stopped by the car lot Said he sold the car to the consumer for her daughter $ under retail and was sold "as is" However he did offer to take a look at it for her but that never happened Not willing to do anything now because it was sold "as is"

Thanks *** ***; the case number is ***. I tried several weeks ago to get the original
ad from Craigslist stating the vehicle had a new radiator w/warranty but the ad has been
deleted and I cannot get a copy of it without a court order or request from law enforcement
Not worth the time and effort because I know what kind of person I am dealing with

fact we discovered numerous problems the same day we purchased it. We called him immediately
and he has refused to be honest about anything. I know we were scammed and so does he; nothing
will ever be resolved; an expensive lesson learned
