Yes I have received the platesthis case has been closedfirst off, I had called you guys for months and the plates just came last month after you had hired a new front desk girl who when I called I told I would take legal actionsthe plates came AFTER I filed this claimThe amount I asked for was WHEN I DID NOT GET MY PLATES FOR SEVERAL MONTHSalso you did NOT EVER call me backthe number you were supposedly calling me on was the wrong numbercompare the number you were calling to the number I gave you when I bought my car...written down wrongwhich I was told when I spoke to the girl who finally helped methis case is closed now and look how long it took you to respondi got my plates MONTHS after YOU PROMISED me you would MAIL them and after I contacted youso what is the excuse for that? no action is needed at this time but it doesn't disregard the fact that you guys NEVER called me when plates were IN EVER! and also took months to get them to me!
