I am rejecting this response because: what Andrew d[redacted] is saying is totally false firstly he misrepresented his company as a design and build construction company that is licensed in Hawaii secondly he did preform any work in a timely matter nor where they completed all his timeline I gave him double what he claimed to need and still he had nothing to show me then didn't respond for almost two weeks that's when I asked for my money back.  He did not complete the work I paid him for so I can't see any reason why he should charge me for it on top of that he's fraudulently misrepresenting his company by saying they have a contractors license by the way of a joint venture. Another thing I had to pay another company to do the work and it took them less then two weeks to finish the drafts which has taken eleven weeks and is still only 90 percent completed which Andrew d[redacted] at pacific styles is claiming he's done.I don't know what Revdex.com can do but Andrew d[redacted] at pacific styles should not be in any type of construction business. Cause his either incapable of doing the work or is in the practice of doing fraudulent and misleading business in Hawaii which give Hawaii contractors a bad rap and should not be tolerated at all

[redacted],I count a string of 32 emails with over 50 attachments over a three month period culminating in Construction Plans for a very nice new home which are almost ready...

for permitting. My understanding of the situation is that Mr. [redacted] expected permits faster than is possible.  He needs to speak with the Building Department and some architects to get a feel for how long it takes to have completed plans and permits.  The first agreement for the design and estimation had a time for completion of a design within twelve weeks.  I had we met this obligation.  The second agreement for permitting did not have a time limit for obvious reasons as the building department can take a very long time to process permits, however we did provide Mr. [redacted] with a set of Construction Plans that are 90% completed within eight weeks.The value of the work provided and detailed for you in the string of emails with attachments is commensurate with what was paid.  There is no defect with the work.  The problem lies with Mr. [redacted] who has obviously lied to you in his statement that he cannot get ahold of me as proven with the string of emails.Mahalo,Andrew D[redacted]Designer and Construction Manager Pacific Style Design LLCHome Design and Construction Management…We Design It Your Way![redacted]
