Review: Took My authentic wool Trench coat with leather to be cleaned.Picked up with all leather burned. Store owner agreed to try to fix my coat and If I was not fully satisfied she said she will refund my coat. Coat came back with cheap vynil not leather. I asked for my refund she than refused to give me my refund for my coat after she had already agreed to it before. Big hassle to deal with.Desired Settlement: Will like a refund for my Authentic Guess trench coat coat to buy another original price $275.00 now price $199.99 on ebay.
