I messaged *** on Yelp after his initial review noting that he had not been slightedI informed him atthe time of payment that the item was not currently in stock with my distributorOnce it was in stock itwould take about a week to ship due to the federal requirements of all long guns to be shipped usingGroundHe was okay with purchase and wanted to move forward with it by prepaying in advance for it
He called several times asking about itI informed him that with three to four trade shows all going inthe month of January, it can cause delays in shipping due to all the orders being placed at such shows.then informed him, that it was in stock with our distributor, and when they release it, it will be about aweek to arrive since it was coming from a distributor in Louisiana
We finally got notice from our distributor that it was to be shipped out within a few days and ***came into our store on February 26thand asked about itI informed him that it was set to be shippedoutHe told me that he didn't feel that it was the caseI then offered to show him on my distributorswebsite that his item was in the "to be shipped" section with his name listed as a "memo" so we all havereference for the item when it ships and when it arrivesHe told me that he trusted me on it

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to add that I haven't let go of my complaint with the Revdex.com until I get my next Credit Card statement indicating that she has indeed refunded the entire amount. Not sure why they rejected her attempts to refund the charges. A lot of the details she provided in her explanation are new to me and were never explained during my visits or calls. I find the whole exercise tiresome when it could easily been avoided if she communicated honestly with me. I hope to put it behind me quickly.Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern –On January 26, 2017 [redacted] came into the store and paid for a Glock 43 handgun. He completed the Federal background check document (4473). We called on February 2, 2017 stating that he was approved from his state required background check per RCW 9.41.092.He then...

stated he may not want to pick up the firearm. I advised him of the 25% restocking fee. He stated he was not aware of this. I directed him to the bottom of the receipt he received that notes our restocking fee information. He said he didn’t see it and he would look at it and get back to me. I did not hear from him until the first week of March. At this point he was upset on the phone. I informed him if he would like to cancel, I’d be more than happy to cut him a check and send it out to him as noted on the bottom of his receipt. He agreed then to go forward with the cancellation.I got a check cut from our bank on March 8, 2017. I immediately dropped into the mail to have it sent out to the address that he listed on the Federal background check document ([redacted]).I still have a copy of the stub for the cashier’s check listing the date and the amount to [redacted] in his cancellation paperwork. The customer has since received the check. His original amount was $548.99 after tax. After the 25% restocking fee for cancelled transactions (which is listed on the bottom of his receipt), the check was for $439.19.Sincerely,Tiffany C[redacted] Owner Lynnwood Gun & Ammunition
