[redacted] signed 1 year lease in February ro begin 3/1/16. He is a section 8 tenant with rent paid by county. He picked up key, but never moved in. not heard. I told him as prescribed by law I would make every effort to rent apt and would return any monies less damages when rented. Apt was shown twice. He then decided to move in......10 minutes decided no to and asked for money to go,away. I gave him money and he is gone. Would not have had I seen this. Too bad you people can not see a scam when in front of you. This is why don't belong too Revdex.com. What a waste of my time.
