We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the allegations regarding the delivery of the household goods (hhgs) of [redacted] The hhgs were awarded to our agency with a transit time of July –21, Unfortunately the transit time was not adequate for the heaving summer moving season The hhgs were safely held at the storage unit in [redacted] ** Once the movement was scheduled with the hauler the goods were picked up and delivered to the customer on July 31, I personally did speak to [redacted] many times during the delay in delivery We understand that any delay is very stressful for the customer and I did personally attempt to keep the customer abreast of the situation once we were aware of a delay deliveryIf you have any further questions please allow me opportunity to address those as well Regards, [redacted] Lynx Forwarding IncHousehold Goods and Domestic Claims Division
