Review: In May 2014 I had contacted [redacted] about a problem that kept re-occurring in our sunroom entrance of tiles cracking. Seeing he had done the foundation for this room and after tapping on the tiles and hearing a hollow sound in one area it was decided that there was not proper foundation under the tiles causing the cold air to crack the tiles. [redacted] agreed and said he'd be out the following week to rectify the problem meaning taking up the tiles and pouring cement into the area that was faulty. The following week came and went. I finally called him and was told that he would be out the beginning of the following week...that week came and went without a call from him...After the fourth week of promises, no calls from him I finally contacted a contractor to come and access the damage...July 15,2014 They came and filled in the void with cement and replaced six tiles. I am enclosing the cost of this work done.. I have sent [redacted] a letter explaining what I had to do to fix this problem and gave him ample time to respond to us..We asked him to please reimburse us for their labor as we couldn't just leave it like it was. I have also reported him to the Consumer Protection Agency.Desired Settlement: I have enclosed this statement from the company that did the work..I would like [redacted] to reimburse us for the work done.
