Lost and Destroyed Personal Property Lyons Cleaners failed to properly address and resolve several issues that included a few missing items, which was noted above the items considered to be non-salvaged and on a separate sheet of paper (provided by Dana...I believe). On 12/19/14, [redacted] expected the final set of garments, linens, and shoes. Upon inspection, [redacted] discovered that the following items were missing, as those items were needed: 1 black standard satin pillowcase, 1 lilac/purple standard satin pillowcase, 1 Princess Tiana pillowcase. These items that were reviewed were delivered on 12/24/14, but due to the work schedule and holiday, I didn't open any box until 12/26/14. At that time, I discovered that the snaps of one of my Supra hats had been broken (please see enclosed image of a black hat). [redacted] contacted Lyons via email on 12/27/14 and via http://www.lyonscleaners.net contact us form. However, no response has been received as of 1/11/15, so a letter was sent on 1/12/15. As of 3/1/15, the company simply have failed to ratify this situation. Desired SettlementAs stated in the certified letter dated 1/11/15, I wish for the company to replace the items that were lost and damaged. If not, I will have to make a complaint to the insurance company as that would be the next step.
