I have reviewed the response made by the business in

Business response states that contractors have been paid, but business offers no proof of this. As of this writing, I have no knowledge of payment to the sub-contractors
Closure would be a signed release from lien / waiver of lien from the effected sub-contractors or some other proof of payment and release from lien on our home for these charges. Contact with us (returning calls) or contacting sub-contractors to settle on payment terms would be another way to bring this to closure. I do not have any issue with the quality of the work performed by the sub-contractors
