I am rejecting this response because:
I have NOT received any communication from their office. The best way to reach me and the ONLY way I have ever communicated with them is via email. When I first reached out to them, I checked off, “email” as the means of getting in touch with me and that a call was not feasible. Furthermore, this office claims they tried to call me in Feb however they did not try all means to touch base with me. It was in poor choice, disregard, complete lack of empathy and a hastey judgement that their office filed without trying all means to connect with me. (Especially since we have only spoken through email, which Erin knew)  Again, email has been my only correspondence with Erin K[redacted] and I find it so unethical to garnish someone’s wages without trying to resolve the issue. In fact, Erin’s arrogance made sure to tell me, “we don’t have to tell you we filed!!” Her words verbatim! I’d like to resolve the issue with some sort of compassion for those in dire need of help. Especially because you do not know everyone’s life, what they’re going through, their financial status, health problems or family situations. The only thing this company cares about is taking good peoples money without communicating and employs unprofessional people who lack basic communication skills in dealing with the public.
