Review: A notice of execution was placed on me . Im getting harassing letters and phone calls about what I allegedly owe this company. I have spoken to this company and multiple times I have asked for proper debt validation which is allowed by [redacted] laws and have been denied. So today I spoke to [redacted] and attempted to ask for proper debt validation he placed me on hold came back and stated they will send me what ever they have and stated that the time has lasped to receive this validation when I stated to him I had the right to this info he kept repeating the statement they gonna send what ever they had and I had no right to this validation request because time has lasped . I stated I had the right to this info and he disconnected the call.Desired Settlement: THAT ALL COLLECTION ACTIVITY CEASE BY THIS COMPANY AND THE NOTICE OF EXECUTION DISMISS UNLESS PROPER VALIDATION IS PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY THE PROPER VALIDATION IM REQUESTING IS DATE OF PURCHASE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO BE CONCURRENT WITH ORGINAL CREDITOR AND ALL INFO TO MATCH MY IDENITY
