Cust will not meet with us at home to show us the problem we sent a crew out the next day she called and again we sent a crew out days later the shingles are not installed correctly they are not going past fascia I can meet customer with crew if we add any materials there will be extra charge

I am rejecting this response because:We have lifetime or yr warranty which ever comes first as it states on the contract

I have talked with the customer we will get this taken care for him at no cost pending weather we might have to wait until May when Ice melts inside of gutters according to the contract we did everything already

when we went out to give bid to customer he signed a contract $which we agreed at time of estimate one month later we matched a bid even if it was not exactly the same we cannot cancel the contract sense we have materials ordered and
time invested in job and it is past days allowed by state to cancel its a binding contract

The contract he is referring to is actually more detailed than his own and the deposit is $unlike his $I asked him to rewrite his contract to make the changes equal to the other bid which he did not doHe has been very non-responsive throughout this process, only responding after numerous attempts, much like your experienceHe has zero materials ordered for this job and I was even willing to match the deposit to the new bid but again, he did not respond which is why we are in this situationIf necessary I will use him in the spring but I want to let others know that he is a high pressure salesman and unethical in dealings with customers

I am willing to go out and look at all these issues customer must be home and sign off on everything done we will test gutters with a hose to make sure everything works so there has to be running water and a hose available if we have to add more materials there would be a estimate given for that before we do the work

I am not going to give this company any more money for work that they said that they would already doHe fixed the part on the garage that was leaking and corrected of the downspoutsMy point is that he did not say anything about the shingles being too short when he came and looked at the job or after his crew installed the guttersIt was only when I brought this to the Revdex.com since he was not responding, that he now wants to charge meI will not give up any more money to RS Seamless GuttersHe runs a very shady business and always wanted to talk on the phoneI refused and made sure that I got most of our conversations in EmailVery pushy and I will never do work with them againI just want to be refunded so that I can have a company come in and install gutters correctly

I had talked with customer the moment we got this complaint we are going to install gutter and downspout for free and he has put a positive review that same day

Cust signed contract on 10/20/and we agreed to rush job to be installed asap or by 11/15/he called days later wanting me to do job for half the amount of $that he signed for saying I'm doing feet we don't sell by the feet
but he has between 400-feet total of gutter downspout and covers I told him we will match any bid but cannot cancel contract also would match any bid if it's the same amount of work and materials are same he started insulting me and said he will call Revdex.com and Atorney General we are turning this matter to our attorney

I told Mr. [redacted] that I was getting a 2nd estimate and he said he would price match if it was lower.
The second estimate was lower. So, I faxed a copy of the second estimate to Mr. [redacted] to prove that the second estimate was actually lower than his quotation. The fax number was on Mr. [redacted]'s quotation form and that was the only way to send in a copy of it to him to prove there was a lower estimate. There was no email address listed on Mr. [redacted]'s quotation form.
I never heard back from Mr. [redacted], so I faxed him again and did not hear back for a 2nd time.
If RS Gutters is going to offer price matching, then the method they give you to submit a copy of the lower estimates, their fax number, should work.
I disagree to Mr. [redacted]'s statement that this is the first he has heard of this. Eleven days after sending the second fax to Mr. [redacted], I still had not received my $100.00 deposit back yet. So, I researched on the internet for a contact email address and found one. I found an email address and contacted him and he responded.
I have attached copies of the two faxes I sent to Mr. [redacted], the fax transmission confirmation, the two proposals/estimates, and a copy of the email that Mr. [redacted] responded to.
Mr. [redacted] said he would price match, I sent in a copy of a lower estimate by the means he gave me and he did not price match. He didn't price match and now he needs to return my $100.00 deposit.

Mr. [redacted] states he needs a copy of the competitors bid and then he can match it. I faxed a copy of the competitors bid to him twice. He did not match the price so he owes me the deposit back. I also supplied a copy of the fax transmission report that the fax went through to his fax number successfully. The fax number was listed on Mr. [redacted]s quotation and that is what I used.
Also, I supplied a copy of the email from Mr. [redacted] that proves he new about this earlier and this is not the first he heard of it, as he stated.
This is deceitful business practice, and it needs to be brought to the attention of the State of Minnesota.

Hi, when I talked to Mr [redacted] after he said he had faxed the bid I also asked him why he had not called to make sure that I have received the fax , he said he was too busy to call. I have till date not received any competitor bid from him . In order to match the price the bids have to be the same amount of gutters, materials, warranties and I need to see it in writing to match it.
The contract is non cancelable, the materials for his job are ordered and in stock now and we can install next week. If he can produce a comparable bid we match the price.

WE are very sorry for the delay we have lost over 20 days in the last 40 work days due to rain and heavy winds we will have your job completed week after thanksgiving on or before 11/30/17 pending weather  are closed next week due to thanksgiving again we apologize for the delay

IT says right on contract any screen any topper not warranted

We have forwarded this complaint to our attorney customer job has been done

This matter is with our attorney customer was very rude and swearing over phone we cannot send crew to this home and we are planing to take this mater to court
