Review: This so called "company" Lysco called to service/clean my house's chimney with an offer of $45.00 fee. Once the "technician" was inside my house he came up with all kinds of problems he encounter with the chimney. After repeated refusal to fixing what according to him need repair I found myself signing a check for $583.15 Their address on their invoice is; [redacted]. The also list a Lic HIC# [redacted]Desired Settlement: Have this people arrested.

I am writing in response to two claims from the same customer a [redacted] residing at [redacted]. Her allegations are absurd. She claims she was contacted for a cleaning of $45 and "found herself" writing a check for $583.15 though she refused to have the repairs. I don't see how it is possible that we received a signed check from her for the work performed if she "refused the repairs." We did an inspection of her chimney prior to cleaning and there were some issues with the crown of her chimney that needed repair, we explained everything to her BEFORE performing any work and she agreed to have to work done for the amount of $583.15. After work was performed, [redacted] signed the contract stating that she was completely satisfied with all work performed by our workers and paid by check. A couple of days later we received a phone call from [redacted] stating she didn't know why she paid us $583.13, which it CLEARLY states on her contract that she HAS a copy of EXACTLY what she paid for! The desired settlement to have us "arrested" and to "stop contacting me" again is irrelevant because her account has already been put in collections because she stopped payment on the check and no money has been received for our work performed. I do not understand what we could possibly do to rectify this issue as we already have no payment from her, nor have we contacted her since shortly after the complaint.

We have a copy of the signed contract if you would like to see a copy of that SHOWING that [redacted] signed that she was completely satisfied when the services were rendered.

Review: Lysco called and came out to inspect my chimney. They identified that the internal chimney tiles were disintegrating and the flue needed a liner put in. Because the chimney was a triple flue chimney, they needed to go in through the side of the chimney to make the necessary connections. They proceeded to leave the chimney with a hole in it (which turned out to be a good thing, because they did not complete the job properly and it needed to be completely redone.)Whenever I have called the company, I get a recording and no response.I contacted another company that identified the problems and let me know that the job called for a permit that was never gotten by Lysco.
