I hired MrB [redacted] L [redacted] to sand and refinish my floors I paid him 1/up front and then gave him the balance before the job was complete The floor has cracks all through it where he didn't fill and sand correctly and the floor are rough because he didn't put the right finish on them I called him to come look at the floors and he said the floors were in bad condition to begin with and he said he wasn't going to fix them He also used some very fowl language I asked him to leave The floors had been covered with carpet for years and the carpet has been removed before he looked at them and gave me an estimate
