Tina came to my house in January to do inventory and schedule auction. She stated they do full inventory after all personal items are removed and took the date movers would come which was 6th of March and set up auction dates were 22-23 of March. Never heard from her after that. March 6th came and went and I finally texted and she acted as if she didn’t remember me then acknowledged and SHE set a day and time to stop by. We are now 5 days our from move. She says she understands the urgency, no problem. Well the time she’s supposed to be here comes and goes AGAIN. I text her and 1.5 hours later she responded with she was busy, 2 people didn’t come in blah blah. No apologies. I told her I needed to know she would handle this and Tina set another time to contact me. Surprise, didn’t show. Just got a text stating they no longer have a business license in my town and said contact someone else. I’m 4 days out from my move. This is who you’re dealing with. Never heard an apology just tough luck. During an emotional stressful situation, this company let me down, buyer beware. I’m betting this will be deleted but I’m posting everywhere and notifying Revdex.com. They get an F-

Isabella (aka Rebekah Jones) as we’ve already discussed, you never hired us to do an estate sale for you. I’ve asked you multiple times to send me a copy of the contract indicating we entered into an agreement, and you still have not sent one.
A word of advise to all: when contacting an estate sale company the first thing that will happen is an in person consultation, this is to determine if your estate has enough quality and quantity of items. If it’s determined that your estate qualifies we will present you with a Contract. Our contract is 5 pages long and covers a lot of risk and liability protections, and what to expect during each step of the process. If you receive a consultation, its in no way an agreement to perform a service. You absolutely must have a contract! Would you want complete strangers in your house rummaging through your things without one? Contracts are in place to protect all parties involved.

Having gone to Lythcoop's sales over the past year has been a great experience. I find the owner and assistants professional and helpful in every manner. Their prices are more than fair and have different levels of discounts as the sale days progress. Lythcoop takes into account the needs of the owners of the property and their other customers.

I search their sales out first over the other people that say they are an estate liquidation company.

Robin G. Placed a review about how she was treated at a sale held by Lythcoop. I was there the same day that Robin was and watched her go nuts with the owner of the company. Robin yelled and made demands that would have caused the WalMart store to call the police and have her taken off to jail. What Robin says in one thing what the other people watching her is another story.

It is so sad to watch a person loose their minds over such little things like a rag. When people go to estate sales it is to get an item that they seek to remind them of the happier times in their life. Others go to find a bargain that they can resale online and make a couple of dollars. That is my role... finding items that I can resale online and make the other person happy. I found a broach of a swan with an arrow in its body. It was a family crest copy going back to the 1500's. Put it on the large online store. I sold it for $0.99 I lost money. But the person that bought it in England to give to a friend of theirs that had gone through some tuff spots inn life.

ROBIN... you might think life is rough because you didn't get your way... BUT it does catch up with you and it does have a memory. Be careful what you wish for... you just might get it int he way you didn't think possible.

On 2/27 I had went to an estate sale in Mesa on [redacted]. I had picked out several pieces to purchase along with a large oversized Southwest piece of a church that had a price of $50 on it. I took it to the counter and was told that "That is not the price of this item, the tag was switched", insinuating that I was the one that switched the price. She said the price was $75. On this day that I attended the sale, they had lowered the prices to 25% off what the prices were marked. This was at 10 minutes to two, ten minutes before the end of the sale. On Saturday, the next day prices were going to be going down to 50% off. I had asked if I would have to come back to get the 1/2 off price seeing that the sale was going to be over in 10 minutes. I'm assuming it was the owner who I spoke to, who responded to me in a harsh, brass tone saying, Yes, you will have to come back the next day. I said, Okay, I'll just take the other pieces to which she replied, "I'm not selling you anything now". Being in the business myself, I was shocked at her behavior, tone and outrageous response. I told her that her client, the one she was selling the goods for should know how her company goes about doing business, as I would think that the customer would want her goods sold. I would never go back to one of their estate sales and would heed warning as to their practices at selling. I forgot to mention that my sister had also attempted to purchase something and was told the tag was wrong on that also. This was 10 minutes before my transaction occurred. There's so many delightful estate sale companies out there and I've been to most of them. A terrible experience, and to my chagrin left a lot to be desired as to how they conduct business and how they treat their customers.

I am going to try and express how happy I am to have entrusted this company with selling my house full of treasures. Health reasons forced me to downsize and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the sale. Not only did they leave my house in pristine condition, but they gave me a check when it was all done and I didn't have to lift a finger. I could not have achieved these results on my own. Their professionalism is to be commended.

I was initially panicked about trying to dissolve my mother's household, and sell her house from out-of-state, but was extremely fortunate enough to come across the Lythcoop website when I was researching companies to help me.

Although Lythcoop Estate Sales was not the only firm that I contacted, they were the most professional and the most personable.

Tina B[redacted] was prompt and professional in returning my call and talked to me about how their services worked and associated costs. When I flew to AZ, Tina and her partner, Reigh D[redacted], met with me and toured the house. They really understand the needs of their clients and have systems and procedures in place to make the processes smooth and profitable for the client.

Lythcoop came into the home, sorted, cleaned, priced, displayed items and held two different estate sales. We were not present at the sales, but heard several reports from friends and relatives who attended the sale that everything was top-notch and impressive from start to finish.

We are very pleased with the outcome from the estate sales, and took advantage of Lythcoop's ability to list and sell the property, which was quick and had a good outcome.

In the end, we were really impressed with the entire experience, and cannot praise Tina and Reigh enough for their professionalism, their empathy, and all-around niceness. We can't imagine how our situation could have turned out any better.

Lythcoop took over all responsibility from me and my family as we were out of state and carefully planned and initiated a liquidation sale and the sale of my home. I was totally confident that everything would be taken care of and it was. Everything was explained and detailed to us and I would recommend their services for either service, listing your home and or holding an estate sale. We were very lucky to have found them. [redacted]

Lythcoop did an estate sale for a family member of mine. They were very fair in the prices that they set for the items. I was totally surprised when they presented me my check for the items sold. After the sale they did a wonderful job of cleaning up getting the remaining items picked up by the organization that the leftovers were given to.

I cannot say enough about the great job this group did for me during a very hard time in my life. You can trust them.
