Roof replaced. During process, one of the workers, put his foot through our family room ceiling. Repairs, not completed to our satisfaction.

Our roof saw several delays, due to unavailable workers, because of the hurricane. During the time the roof was being worked on, a roofer, put his foot through our ceiling. We showed and discussed with *** what happened. He promised us, this would be fix to our complete satisfaction.
As of this writing, our interior ceiling is NOT patched and fixed to our satisfaction.
There have been several workers, that have been sent here, to try and fix the previous person's mistakes, only making matters worse. Mr. finally came to our home, at our request. We asked him, if the patch would be acceptable to him, if it was his house and he agreed, it was not. He said, he would make sure it was completed to our satisfaction.
After sending several different workers over, we still have an interior ceiling that is not patched correctly. The last person here, tried to spray popcorn on the patched ceiling and did not put plastic over furniture, window coverings etc. Not only do we have a ceiling with horrible patch work, we have valances, ceiling fans and furniture with plaster all over them.
Over the course of several weeks, November November 20-December 7th, we have called Mr. He responds, by telling us, he will come by and see. As of this writing he still has not returned. Additionally, we payed the last worker, that was sent over $300 and Mr. said, he would pay us back that money.
Currently, we are out $300, plus a very very poorly patched ceiling and plaster all over places that should have been protected.
We are senior citizens, and while, I hate to think we are being taken advantage of; we feel we are.
We would appreciate help in resolving this issue for all parties involved.
