I am rejecting this response because: This car is a brand new car and it should not have any defects whatsoeverThe hood is not the only problem,the front bumper doesn't line up with the front fenders of the car as wellThis car has a manufacturer defect and I shouldn't be paying for a defected vehicle nor have it sent to a body shop for repairsI would like to change this vehicle for another one or a vehicle of my choiceI do not want to pay for a vehicle that has a defect as my payments are very high for this leased vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: As I stated before, I was given a car with a Manufacturer issue and it should of never happened! I trusted that I was going to be given the car on the showroom floor that I saw and that was not the caseI do appreciate the warranty offer, but I am not happy with this car and want to change it for anotherAs a dealer they should honor my request and it is their responsibility to inspect all vehicles before selling them to the publicAs a loyal customer, I have the right to submit my concerns as stated above and for them to honor it

the customer purchased truck used on 9/12/15. he did call us and because of the distance between where he lives and us he could bring the vehicle to a ford dealer near him for repair under the extended warranty he has. when we found out about the issue he has with the ford dealer we asked him to...

bring truck to us and we would take care of it and we gave him a loaner car to use. the truck is being repaired at no cost to him. trans repairs usually take about 10-14 days depending on parts availability. we believe that we acted properly and are resolving the situation for the customer. the truck was a trade in to us and it passed all our tests. this issue only happens at times and mainly hot. the trans shop did find problem and as soon as truck is finished customer will be contacted for pick up

I am rejecting this response because:
The truck should not be put under the extended warranty because it is still under the 3 month 3000 mile warranty from the dealer. And the issue happens every time the truck is driven not every once in a while and it happens cold or hot which was stated when the truck was dropped off. Again, this should not be going under the extended warranty it should be going under the warranty from the dealer. There was no issue with the ford dealer the truck was at, the dealer took the truck back to put it under their warranty.

the issue the customer has is completely cosmetic. it does not effect the operation or safety of the vehicle. the hood alignment will be corrected if the customer will allow us to do it. the warranty that the vehicle comes with will cover the repair and loaner vehicle completely. hopefully the customer will understand that a production line vehicle may come with different body alignment issues that can be easily repaired. thank you
