from there I told the customer to please feel free to use the warranty that we had given her, with this warranty she is free to go to any mechanic shop she desiresAfter doing so the customer comes back and blames us for a mile discrepancy, when speaking to the owner of the mechanic shop he was very unsure and said things as 'it is possible" "maybe it could be' 'I AM NOT SURE OF' these things are evidence that the owner has no solid or true proof, many times in vehicles if the computer in the engine has been changed the machine will read the mileage on the computer, not the actual body of the vehicle, we simply explained this to the customer, but it seems she is trying to get something free or not own up to certain mistakes
