On Thursday, July 30, 2015, [redacted] picked up her
wedding dress after having it altered by one of my seamstresses. Please note,
that I have two bridal seamstresses both of which are independent contractors
and not direct employees of M. A. C[redacted] Bridal. Upon leaving, my store...

Jillian, asked [redacted] how everything went. Jillian’s comments are included as a
document. [redacted] said absolutely nothing to her or my receptionist (who was
also present) about being dissatisfied.  On Monday, August 3, I received a message that [redacted]’s
mother, [redacted], called and would like me to call her back. My
conversation is an attached document.  AFTER my conversation with [redacted]’s mother on Monday, 8/3,
the bride and two of her bridesmaids posted reviews on my Facebook page Monday
evening. The two bridesmaids wrote malicious reviews that were completely
unjustified. Copies of all 3 reviews and my responses to them are attached. Upon review of [redacted]’s file, I saw that [redacted] was measured
for her wedding dress on May 3, 2014. Well over a year before her wedding. I
have also attached a copy of her purchase agreement as well as a copy of the
Paloma Blanca (her wedding dress designer) size chart. We explain to all
customers that we recommend sizes based on their measurements and designers
create their own size charts. These sizes are NOT comparable to street-clothes
sizing. It is obvious that on May 3, 2014 she was measuring a Paloma Blanca
size 8.  I “interviewed” my in-house seamstress as to what all had
transpired during [redacted]’s alterations. I also interviewed 3 of my staff
(Jillian-store manager, Erin and Kim). Erin and Kim are bridal consultants who
were present and/or involved during [redacted]’s appointments. Erin’s and Kim’s
comments are also attached.  The accusation that I was going to call my lawyer about the
reviews including [redacted]’s was not completely accurate. As stated in my
conversation with [redacted], I was contemplating doing that for the two
bridesmaid’s reviews.  To date, I have
not contacted my lawyer. The statement that I offered the seamstress, Brenda
Rose, a job was completely taken out of context. I only asked her if she was
interested in receiving bridesmaid and mother-of-the wedding referrals. These
customers would be sent directly to her. This is no way implied that I was
dissatisfied with the talent and capability of my in-house seamstresses and
looking to replace them.  I feel that this claim filed by [redacted]’s husband is
completely invalid. [redacted]’s mother ([redacted]) and I were in communication.
Never once did I express an apathetic attitude and was very surprised that
[redacted] made no mention of being unhappy when she picked up the dress.
As stated, the bridal seamstresses are independent
contractors. The alteration fees collected are determined by the seamstresses
not by M. A. C[redacted] Bridal. Upon review of my response, if the Revdex.com deems it
necessary to reimburse [redacted] for her alterations, I will request that
the seamstress refund the money. I would greatly appreciate your consideration
of this matter and also deem this complaint invalid so that it does not appear
on my Revdex.com page as an A+ rated and accredited business. Thank you very much.   Mary
