On 2/7/14 I contacted [redacted], owner of MAG Renovations, and explained to him that there was a leak in my kitchen ceiling resulting from a pipe from furnace to roof that had not been sealed by him when he answered my call to [redacted] on 1/14/14.Initially, Mr. [redacted] denied claim but agreed to take a look on Saturday, 2/8/14 at 8:00 a.m. When he hadn't shown up by 9:10 a.m., I called Mr. [redacted] who stated that he was just "getting started." We then rescheduled the visit to later that day to 1:00 p.m. Mr. [redacted] recognized and took ownership to the problem and stated that he would return on Monday, 2/10/14 at 9:00 a.m. to correct the problem and to fix the spots in my kitchen ceiling. He used some of my attic insulation to block entrance of additional moisture.I did not hear from Mr. [redacted] on 2/10/14 and he failed to respond to my calls. Later his mailbox was full. After calling Mr. [redacted]'s wife, Mr. [redacted] called, stating issues he was facing and assured me he would be out on Tuesday 2/11/14. When Mr. [redacted] did not show up, I called him and his mailbox was full. My wife then called Mr. [redacted]'s wife and left a message on her voice mail that if Mr. [redacted] did not take care of problem by the end of the day, that we would report Mr. [redacted] to TV 8 and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I heard nothing from Mr. [redacted] and I involved someone else to correct the problem.
