Very unhappy. I called them to come out and fix my Aunt's heat. The tech came and said it was a loose wire and no parts were needed. An hour later, the heat went out again. I called the tech and the office back. The tech said it might be the thermostat. I told him I had one that could be put on. Then the office called back and said they could send another tech out.
The 2nd tech came and said he was sent ONLY to install a thermostat but he couldn't install the one I had. So he put a new thermostat that he had on and charged me $200 for it. The heat was still not working when he left.
The first tech called me back and said the 2nd tech misunderstood what he said and that he would go back and check the unit himself. My Aunt called and said he came, walked around the house and looked at the unit and left. He never knocked on her door and spoke to her and her heat is STILL not working!!!!!!!
It's 16 degrees outside and my Aunt is 75 years old. This is totally unacceptable. I feel like I was just cheated out of $200 + for nothing.
