This is from MAJ Cleaners and I already talked to the customer about a shirt that was snag and had a hole in the frontThis issue has been solved and already came to pick up his check[redacted]

He left dress here at cleaner but he didn't' pay for it, and we have a sign saying that we are not responsible fro any damage but I am going to pay him the $and he brings the dress back.MAJ

From Maj cleaner I receive your complaint letter about a belt missing from your suit jacket.I know you payed $3.95 for the dry cleaning for the jacket but you didn't pay for belt when you dropped it off you just payed for the jacket.We have a sign in front saying to remove all belts before...

dropping off or cleaning their item and, it also says it will not be our responsibility if the belts gets lost if its not removed .And plus you didn't say anything when you drop off the jacket that you had a belt. You said it when you came pick up the jacket. We been calling you several times and nobody answered or no call back to come to cleaners to see the belts we got for you. But if you want you can come to cleaners at middletown and bring your jacket to see 3 belts do we have and see if any one is yours.

Review: I took a dress to be cleaned and paid $14.00 cash. The dress is a bridesmaid dress and it cost $139 at [redacted]. The dress came back with three blue ink stains on the front of the dress that are the size of a coffee cup. I took the dress back and asked for a refund and they sent the dress to another store and told me I would need to fill out a form and I would get a refund. I have gone to the store 2 times and driven out of my way to be told they are still trying to get the stains out of the dress. Never got to fill out the form.the dress was perfect before I took it to MAJ. The girls at the counter will not let me speak to the manager and I have left messages for her to call me with no response. I want my money back for the dress of $139, cost to clean of $14 and gas for driving out of my way of $10. I will take to small claims court if not immediate resolve. Plan to contact media and send negative reviews on yelp if no assistance.Desired Settlement: Cash refund of $164 for cost of dress, cleaning and gas not to mention delay of receiving dress. Horrible customer service. MAJ has treated me terrible.
