M A Meyer Vacuum Sales and Service

I went to Meyer's Vacuum repair shop this past summer (2018) to have my *** vacuum cleaner repaired. I picked it up and paid for it on August 25th, at which time I was given a receipt and was told there was a 60 day warranty on the repairs made. On September 18th' while cleaning my house, my vacuum cleaner started making a loud screeching noise (which was part of the original problem) and sounded like it was going to quit working, I quick turned it off and called the M A Meyer's to let them know what had just happened. When I called I got their answering service and since it was so early in the morning I chose to wait and call back. I then called back on the 20th of September and left a detailed message about the problem I was having with my vacuum, hoping I could bring it back in. I called again on the 21st, did not leave a message at that time but then called on the 25th and left a second message. Again I called on the 27th of September, not leaving a message but did call and leave a 3rd message on the 9th of October. Today is October 11th 2018, and I have not gotten a single response, I called again and again just got their answering service. During this three week plus time period I have also driven past their shop and it has not been open. At this time I have decided to contact the Revdex.com to document my efforts and the time period of my claim incase it should surpass the 60 day warranty time period before I should hear from someone. This three week time period, not having my vacuum nor having any security in having it fixed is giving me great concern not to mention has been a great inconvenience.
