Thank you again for your quick follow upI will send you a copy of the letter tomorrow that says basically "if you don't pay we will submit a negative report to the credit bureaus" I don't know if it would be in my name, her name or both, but she is a sophomore I'm college and.lives away at schoolShe just got her first credit card and has student loansThat is why it is especially concerningOf note, I did submit separate complaint regarding the collections agency themselves It is their letter on behalf of Dr Yates making these threatsI have the letter in work and will send tomorrowThank you!

August 2, 2016To Whom It May Concern:We have left several messages to call our office to get us new referral; never did she return our callThe patient also received bills monthly and never called to question until we reported her to collectionOur office was not aware that keystone's policy was to NEVER see a patient with out a referral or claim will not get paid and the member would be responsible for nothingThe patient should at least hold some kind of accountability knowing her insurance requires referral, I have taken her out of collections and adjusted fee off.Any questions or concerns, please feel free to call, ***.Laura ROffice Administrator
