Review: I scheduled for a carpet cleaning with M&L Cleaning a week in advance and had an appointment for 9:00 am in the morning. The cleaners didn't come until 12:45 and didn't notify met hat they would be late. When I complained about the delay in the appointment time and asked for a discount, I was greeted by a nasty sales representative who said no that there would be no discount and was very rude. I would rate their customer service very poor. They don't have the philosophy that the "customer is always right". It would have been much easier for the Customer Service representative to offer a discount.Desired Settlement: I would like a 20% discount for this oversight and poor treatment I received as a Customer.

We are very sorry to hear of your complaint. We did our best to accommodate you for the carpet cleaning on the day you needed it and the time that worked best with you due to new tenants moving in. However, Gianna did make a mistake regarding the time she told you that the crew had arrived, which she did call back and explain to you. (I am sure tenants can confirm when crew arrived and left) As for a discount, the crew was there at 9am and finished around noon time and the job was completed. We are sorry that no discount was given. We will be more than happy to send a gift card in the amount of $25.00.
