Review: I placed an order 30 days ago (April 8th) and was billed for the product and installation. I had to call several times to schedule an install because no one ever contacted me to schedule an install. Once scheduled they told me I had a 4 hour window of when they would arrive but would call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. No one ever called but they showed up and dropped off the unit and explained they did not know how to install the equipment. I had to call the business and the sales person quickly pushed off to someone else. They explained that another part was needed and would call me within two business days. After not hearing from anyone, on the third business day I called again and got passed from one customer service rep to another. They explained that a part was still needed and only one person knows when it would arrive and they could not tell me any more. They explained that the delivery person didn't realize a wall sleeve was needed but my order clearly states: wall sleeve[redacted] 109.00STL WALLSLEEV0 WHITE. I currently have a large box sitting in my living room 30 days after ordering and paying for equipment and installation.Desired Settlement: My requested outcome is a completion of the job and a refund of the installation($145) and delivery($90) charge as I had to miss 4 hours of work for nothing to be done, and will have to take off work again if they ever decide to show up and complete the job.
