I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with our service. The only way we sell bulk product is by the scoop. We do so because even if the bucket on the loader measures a specific amount, every product loads differently because of its weight and size. So the argument that the scoop will yield different amounts because of a particular rock's weight or size is very wrong.
