I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The issue was not that the screen was damaged. The issue was that we were told we would have it in 3-4 weeks. Had it arrived in three to four weeks damaged, we are reasonable people and would have waited an additional 3-4 weeks for a new door. That however was not the case. Our check was cashed by M&M Building Solutions and order was not even placed for THREE weeks. After we were told he would put a rush on it. So we had already waited two months. We were not even notified that the product was damaged. We only found out when the business did not show up for the install they called us and told us they would be out for. I asked that the order be cancelled. M&M Building Solutions told me that wasn't going to happen. I called the manufacturer and he informed me the order could be cancelled but that it had to be done by M&M Building Solutions. At this point I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com which went unanswered by M&M Building Solutions. We tried more than a dozen times to work with this business to obtain our refund. He outright told me on one occasion that we weren't getting anything. At that point we took the business to small claims court where we met the manufacturer who had told us that our money was credited to M&M Building Solutions months ago yet we had still did not get our refund. M&M did not show up in court and we were awarded our money back. We have spent the last month and a half trying to obtain our money. We have called the business and keep getting told we will receive it and are then hung up on. We have been trying to obtain our money for months, we know the business has had it returned from the manufacturer yet he continues to withhold it from us. Regards, [redacted]

Gene told me they were going to give me a new door and he lied. The manufacturer came and they said they were not replacing the door, but going to reinstall another piece of glass.I had 2 leaks on the door and the guy who came from manufacturer was real nice and replaced the glass and adjusted bottom of door too. I still don't know if the door leaks or not until winter comes. Gene did not tell the truth. He told you one thing and me another.
