I think I didn't reject the response from M & S Auto properly, so I am sending in my rebuttal.I did not bring the car into the shop running hot, brought it in because it had a small leak at the top of the radiator, the car had never ran hotI wanted the radiator fixed before it got to that pointI brought it in for him to fix the radiatorWhen I called to ask him did it need to be replaced he said yes I told him to fix itSo that what I assumed he didYes my girlfriend did pick up the car and yes we drove it to DoverOn the way back the car did start running hotWe did call the tow truck, and had it towed to his shopThe tow truck driver wouldn't even had talked to him to tell the hose was off because he wasn't there when he dropped the car off at like or am in the morningHe is correct the hose was on the car when it got to the shop because I put it back onThe catalytic converter was not messed up prior to the car running hot,it was messed up due to the car running hotHe is responsible for all issues that the car has from due to it running hot

Review: I took my 2003 Nissian Altima in for repair on Thursday, there was a leak on the top of the radiator. The car was fixed on Friday 4/24/15. Picked the car up, it was running, saw the check engine light come on, never has been on before, looked over at the temperature gauge and it was close to the hot. Pulled over letting it cool, added some fluid to it. Waited until the temperature went down, started the car it seemed fine. So continued toward home. I looked at the gauge again an it was starting to run hot again. So I pull over again and by the time I got in the parking lot the car cut off. Look under the hood, added fluid to the radiator and the fluid ran right out the bottom. Looked under there the hose was not attached not the radiator. Had to call a tow truck to get it towed backed M & S Auto Care in Georgetown DE. Spoke to the person that fixed it, he said he would look at it but would not fix anything else that was wrong with the car that was caused by it running hot. He called said the car was fine. Went to pick the car he said nothing was wrong with it, we took it down the rode and had to turn around the car was not running properly. Called him told him I left the car there it was not running the way it was prior to it going in the shop on 4.24.15. I asked him to please fix my car. He said it was nothing wrong with it, he wasn't fixing it and to come pick it up.Desired Settlement: Refund of cash for the tow truck, refund for whatever parts and labor was for someone else to repair the car.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I think I didn't reject the response from M & S Auto properly, so I am sending in my rebuttal.I did not bring the car into the shop running hot,. brought it in because it had a small leak at the top of the radiator, the car had never ran hot. I wanted the radiator fixed before it got to that point. I brought it in for him to fix the radiator. When I called to ask him did it need to be replaced he said yes I told him to fix it. So that what I assumed he did. Yes my girlfriend did pick up the car and yes we drove it to Dover. On the way back the car did start running hot. We did call the tow truck, and had it towed to his shop. The tow truck driver wouldn't even had talked to him to tell the hose was off because he wasn't there when he dropped the car off at like 12 or 1 am in the morning. He is correct the hose was on the car when it got to the shop because I put it back on. The catalytic converter was not messed up prior to the car running hot,it was messed up due to the car running hot. He is responsible for all issues that the car has from due to it running hot.
