I am writing this email as to revert on the complaint I received from you guysThe Complaint ID is [redacted] The complaint is from the consumer name [redacted] She has a complaint that she paid us $in First Place and then $on the second placePlease tell the customer to pull up the details from her bank account and tell her to check the name of the company whom she paid $in first place as Our company name is M And A Geeks LLC and to this company she has only paid $Since she was not satisfied to the service and asked for the refund we told her that since we already gave her the service so a partial refund will be given and we have agreed on thatI am ready as told to her as well to settle in refund and we will send her the check for an amount of $Please let us know how we can get this complaint closed as we can proceed in that direction Thank You [redacted] M And A Geeks LLC

I was promised this would have in 10-12 business days. It did not happen.  Now there is mention of sending me a check for that amount. If that happens & once the check has cleared I will sign off on this complaint.Just two points: mandageeks was touted as the parent company of my original contact pcupdate support inc. I also understand pro-rating the refund of my $500. However, that $500 was for lifetime protection and I only had it for one month.
