M&B Services did install a new sewer line for Mr [redacted] in StPaul Upon completion of this install we televised the line to ensure proper flow We were satisfied that this line will function normally M&B Services cannot be held responsible for items placed into and flushed down the sewer When we disconnected the old line, we found numerous baby wipes and other feminine product in the old line We feel that with regular use, this line will function normally for many years If there were a problem, it would have occurred immediately and not years later We also feel Mr [redacted] is trying to recoup his loses for a bad investment by coming after us and smearing our name We chased Mr [redacted] for over months before he signed the check the city sent him for the work we completed It was only after contacting his wife, that he finally signed the check and sent it to us Please let me know if you have any further questions Thank you, Jim [redacted] Vice President M&B Services ###-###-####
