On 04/21/Mrs [redacted] purchased the said BMW I vin # [redacted] we sold the vehicle with no warranty but we did have a Missouri State inspection on the vehicle the inspection was done by [redacted] and the passed vehicle Ms [redacted] called and said another shop had found some un safe items I explained that if she would take the vehicle to [redacted] and if they thought the itmes needed to be replaced because they were the one that passed it, and if they found the items were un safe or should not passed inspection that either they would replace the parts or M & J Auto would Enclosed is a copy of all documents on the sale

On 05/08/Mr*** *** purchased the said Mitsubishi Eclipse VIN # ***. He purchased the vehicle with no warranty. We told him we had just installed a used engine and transmission in the vehicle prior to his purchase but we did not feel the transmission was
working properly and that M & J Auto would pay to repair or replace the transmission at no cost to himWe took it to *** *** Mitsubishi and they said the transmission need to be replaced so we ordered another used transmission, when it came in we called him to make an appointment to replace the transmission and when he came in we talked and he said he was not happy with the vehicle and we told him he could return it and that is what he did. Enclosed is copies of all the paper work he signed buying the vehicle as-is
