First of all I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused but I would like to tell our side of the story We contracted to do this job on June 6th of 2016, we delivered the material on the 17th of June and built the roof I feel we are quicker than most
companies and in the height of our business year, I feel weeks is much shorter than most companies As far as the stains on the driveway, this is the 1st I have heard of this and we would have fixed that on that day had we been told When speaking of the work that was not completed we are talking about ridge vent not ridge cap, like was stated in the complaint The customers did not have ridge vent on their home and had asked to put it on outside of the insurance scope of work When the roof was ordered I was not aware that they had wanted this and did not order the vent so it was not installed I was not made aware of this until 7/12/2016, the day we were made aware of this we gave the customer the option of us coming back out to install the vent or send the customer a check for $300, they chose the check, which I did on 7/13/ As can be seen by our lack of complaints, we take customer service very seriously, and if I had received one call in regards to these issues we would have jumped on them I am more than a little offended that this customer has chosen to use terms such as insurance fraud when making this complaint I welcome the chance to speak to his insurance company and explain this situation If this customer does not have our office line, I can only assume he does not because I have never received a call from him, it is *** *** ***, please call me to set up a time that we can all meet with his insurance company and he can explain to all of us how we committed fraud Today we spoke to Mrs *** and she expressed none of the same concerns and we agreed that we would not mail her the check this time but instead we will deliver the check to her on 8/5/

The second I was made aware of this leak we were at the home of this customer. I happen to live in the same sub-division and walk by this home every day. The calls that
were spoken of were all on the same day and were made to a cell phone of one of our sales people who was on vacation, not one call was made to our office. As far as the gutter guards are concerned, the customer never paid us for them and I was not aware they still wanted them replaced. Having said all that, we have fixed the leak and will repair the wet spots in the interior per their warranty

Why what? I don't understand this part of the complaint I have made against M&MAttached is proof of warranty
