The state came to inspect our store and found that out paper work was in orderThey also looked at all our bedding and other items that we are suppose to spray and said they saw no sign of bed bugsThe items that you didn't not see tagged where items that we use and are not required to be taggedWe are using the matching recliner in our store and would have been invested with them by now in our store and in our homesWe have sold and traded plenty of furniture since then to friends, family, and customers, and no one has had a complaintWe do not feel as if we should have to pay the expense of a cleaning bill or a refund due to the fact that they could have had them before our according to the inspector may have wanted a refund because the buyer didn't inspect the item even though I told them it had burns in itIf they had bugs before I certainly cant expect a return on the itemI was nice enough to deliver the item after I told them I do not deliverIt was not appreciated that the buyer posted all over facebook that we have be bugs because according to the inspector there is no trace of them an once again our paper work was in orderWe had the couch and the recliner for quit some time and had no issues with bugs or reports of them Sincerely [redacted]
