While I do hear the explanation provided by *** ***, it still does not excuse a reputable company, dealing with time sensitive requests and deadlines, from providing information to a client that would enable them to take their business to another provider that could meet the stated deadlineThis response is an example of totally unacceptable business practices, in my estimation and experienceI certainly would not want others to have to deal with a business that is this lacking in consideration and communication of information that is absolutely critical
