BBecause I don't feel that it is right what galles Chevrolet did to us like they told me on the phone the money is up in the air I don't think that's right b cause that was alot of money to just throw away on a vehicle I didn't even want plus I also didn't want the second jeep but the dealer pretty much pushed it on us I feel like I got taken fully advantage of this situation thank u *** ***

We were not aware that Mr*** had and issue as he had not communicated that to our General Manager, Service Manager or his service adviserWe contacted him yesterday and he told us that there was not a problemWe would be happy to discuss the issue with Mr***, but, at this point, we are not
sure what else we can do

On 2/13/2017 Mr and Mrs [redacted] bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Galles and realized it was a 2WD and called us to let us know she and her husband wanted a 4WD so we took the 2015 in trade for the 2012 that they have (did have, the bank in the meantime repossessed it). When they bought the 2015 the...

[redacted]'s put down $14,000 and that deal was booked and closed. 10 days went by between the 2 transactions.When we traded the 2015 for the 2012 they couldn't understand why their $14,000 wasn't transferred to the new deal. These were two different transactions and the first deal was booked and the 2012 was another deal that stood on their own. The first deal was title and funded at the bank and whatever equity was left from the 1st deal was credited on the 2nd deal. We have tried over and over to explain this to them, but we can't get them to understand it. It was completely explained to both of them at the time of delivery of the 2nd deal and they understood it very well at the time, but since the repossession they want their money back. I am rejecting this response because: Although parts of this response are correct, we stand by our original complaint that this was a verbal agreement with Mr. G[redacted], and he gave us HIS WORD, that it would only be a soft credit pull.  We have once again checked with our credit monitoring company and have confirmed that it was a hard inquiry that impacted our credit score, therefore, we do not want to do any further business with Galles Chevrolet because we feel we were mislead and lied to.  This being said, the offer of a full tank of gas and free oil change is not something we want or need what so ever.

On Saturday, 7/16/2016, [redacted] and [redacted] came into Galles Chevrolet Used Car department looking for a crew cab truck. The salesman brought the customers inside and conducted an interview. The customers discussed trading in their vehicle and wanted to know what the payments would be. The...

salesman informed the customer that the only way to figure out payments would be to fill out a credit application to be able to quote the correct interest rate. The customers agreed to fill out a credit application and let us look at their credit. When you run someones credit to buy an automobile your score will never change regardless of how many times it is run. They had simply asked us not to send it to any bank for an approval in which we did not. After speaking with the customers they decided to hold off on purchasing until they could find a lower priced truck to fit within their budget range. In closing, let it be known that the customers filled out the credit application and signed it, giving us permission to pull their credit. We regret the customer is upset, but we were the only one's to see it. Understanding the customer was notified that we pulled their report doesn't mean their score was was affected.
